AntWorks, a leading AI software provider for managing enterprise documents, has announced the relocation of its headquarters from Singapore to London, signalling a sharper focus on its growing customer base in the United States and Europe. This strategic move reinforces AntWorks’ commitment to its clients and partners by bringing the company closer to key markets, including major clients such as US Bank and Marsh & McLennan.
This move places AntWorks at the heart of Europe’s bustling financial and technological hub, enabling the company to foster closer relationships with its expanding network of partners and Fortune 500 clients, particularly in the commercial insurance space. Additionally, London’s status as a global business hub provides an ideal environment for AntWorks to accelerate its mission of driving digital transformation in document-centric processes.
Founded in 2015, AntWorks has grown to operate across the United States and the UK, backed by a global team of around 100 specialists. The AntWorks Document Processing Platform (CMR+), powered by proprietary Generative AI, handles enterprise-scale document processing, while empowering citizen developers to own and drive the automation agenda through a low-code design interface. Leading enterprises leverage the AntWorks Platform to classify documents and unlock information and insights from a variety of documents, business forms, contracts, across a variety of formats. The company recently launched a commercial insurance-specific offering called Insurants, that is drawing significant market traction.
“Establishing our headquarters in London marks a significant milestone in AntWorks’ growth trajectory, aligning us more closely with the evolving needs of our expanding customer base across Europe and the US,” said Mike Hobday, CEO of AntWorks. “This move strengthens our ability to collaborate directly with key clients and positions us at the center of a global financial and technological hub. It enables us to better understand our customers’ challenges and continuously adapt our Document Processing Platform to meet their needs.”
With its new headquarters in London, AntWorks is well-positioned to leverage the area’s thriving AI research community, while enhancing engagement with customers and partners. This strategic relocation strengthens the company’s global presence and reinforces its long-term commitment to delivering value across key markets.
