Content and Communications – Senior Manager / Director

Role Objective

This role is responsible for creating and executing a cohesive content and communications plan that advances our brand awareness and increases stakeholder engagement. This critical role will manage all internal and external communications across channels and audiences to a global audience, be responsible for internal comms, media relations and PR, and producing marketing content in all formats

Professional Know-how

Academic: Bachelors or degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience

Working Relationships

Internal: Delivery teams, internal stakeholders and management team
External: Marketing agencies/vendors, advertising firms.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive multi-channel communication and content strategies, including all assets and materials required for execution
  • Keep ahead of market trends, news and opinions and keeping the organization relevant in our communications
  • Be the eyes, ears and voice of the organization, upholding the brand voice, brand values and brand integrity across all channels and platforms
  • Engage and enable media partners, KOLs, key stakeholders, and own all communications on behalf of the organization
  • Flawlessly write and execute all corporate, executive and stakeholder communications, define and lead with their thought leadership
  • Create impressive digital and motion content for website, social media, partners and clients
  • Diligently track and report on budget, deliverables and ROI

Competencies and Soft skills

  • Minimum 10 -15 years working experience as a creator and leader in content and comms functions in the tech industry, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge and know-how to build effective strategies and achieve ambitious deliverables and ROI
  • Ability to source and work with external agencies to create and market content across digital and offline channels, with working knowledge of graphics and video production
  • Strong understanding of Google analytics, Google adwords, content management systems, SEO marketing, social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Impeccable copywriting and presentation skills, strong ability to manage complex workflows and capability to manage a vast range of stakeholders
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized with accountability on timelines and budget

Key Skills

  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with content and communication platforms, presentation tools and creative tools
  • Keen eye for detail, creative vision, collaboration skills, and ability to hack workflows to work at optimal speed
  • Understanding of graphic design, video production, publishing and content creation
