Caring for our people, customers, and communities
AntWorks is an organisation that is built around a Family-First philosophy, and never has it been more important for each and every one of us to take care of each other, as we would our own family. And just like Ants do when a disease threatens the Colony, we have made important changes to our behaviour and interactions, to protect each other and our communities from the spread of COVID-19.
COVID-19 is our common enemy, and the only way we can combat this virus is by working collectively and playing our individual part to slow its spread so that we can quickly come through this together. For Ants and for us, acting in unity is strength and health.
At AntWorks we are deeply committed to protecting the wellbeing of our family of employees, and our ecosystem of customers, partners and shareholders worldwide. While this is not business as usual—it must also be business as usual as we continue to deliver on the intelligent automation commitments we have to our clients around the world.
Like many other organisations, we are proactively planning, and quickly processing ever-changing information in real-time, to ensure we are adhering to the latest guidance from the World Health Organisation as well as national and local authorities where our offices are located.
To protect the health and safety of our people, play our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19, and ensure the continuity of our business we have:
Closed all 10 of our operations globally with immediate effect;
Mandated a work from home policy and enabled our entire workforce of nearly 600 employees to work from the safety and security of their homes;
Continued to provide our clients around the world the same level of service excellence expected of AntWorks, with little to no disruption;
Supported employees who have had to find alternative accommodation during this time by relocating individuals to places that offer a higher degree of safety and security;
Successfully virtualised our network enabling Product, Machine Learning, and Delivery teams to work remotely with the necessary firewalls and data security measures in place;
Suspended all domestic and international travel;
Established multiple communication mechanisms to keep our colony engaged and connected, including regular video messages and providing a centralised email help center where employees can ask questions or voice concerns and get rapid responses 24/7.
Rest assured that even as we deal with the uncertainties this pandemic brings each day, our Fresh , Fearless, and Fast Colony of Ants remain fully dedicated to the success of our clients and partners. Our customer support remains accessible and available to you 24/7.
As COVID-19 continues to spread across the world, affecting us all personally, professionally and profoundly, our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by this virus. We hope everyone is staying safe and staying indoors as we all work through this challenging situation that has caught us all off guard.
